TaskMail

Keep your team's Gmail work moving — without leaving your inbox. TaskMail is a Chrome extension that ties tasks, logs, due dates, and assignees directly to Gmail threads. If your team is CC'd on the same email, you share the same tasks automatically. No more copying emails into separate tools. 【Key Features】 ・Inbox progress badges — See thread-level status at a glance without opening each email ・Thread-side task panel — Update status, logs, due dates, and assignees right beside the email ・Gmail label sync — Labels update automatically to reflect task status ・Snippets — Insert reply templates instantly ・Workspaces — Switch between personal and team contexts with roles and invite management ・Pro plan — Unlimited tasks, logs, and snippets 【Built for】 Small sales and CS teams who manage shared client emails over CC and need visibility without adding another SaaS. 【Get started free】 Install from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with Google.
