TaskIsFun

Task is Fun — Browser Extension Your tasks, one click away. The Task is Fun browser extension is a lightweight companion to the Task is Fun mobile app. It lets you view all your tasks — complete with priority and due date — add your own personal to-dos, and mark tasks as completed, all without leaving your browser. No clutter, no extra features, no distractions. Just your task list, right where you're already working. What the Extension Does - View Your Tasks -> See every task assigned to you, whether it's a personal to-do, something a peer assigned you, or a task from an organisation you're part of. See Priority & Due Dates -> Each task shows its priority level (Low, Medium, High, Critical) and due date if one is set, so you always know what needs attention first. Add Your Own Tasks -> Quickly add a personal to-do for yourself, right from the extension — no need to open the mobile app for a quick reminder. Mark Tasks as Completed -> Check off tasks the moment you finish them, right from the extension. The extension is intentionally focused. You can manage your own to-dos and stay updated on what's assigned to you - but assigning tasks to other people, connecting with peers, and managing organisations is done through the Task is Fun mobile app. Why Use the Extension? If you spend most of your day on a laptop or desktop - working, browsing, in meetings - constantly switching to your phone just to check a task or jot down a quick to-do breaks your flow. The Task is Fun extension keeps your task list visible and actionable in the background of your workday, so you can stay on top of what's assigned to you and capture your own reminders without interrupting what you're doing. Real-Life Use Cases At work: Your colleague assigns you a task for tomorrow's meeting from their phone. It shows up instantly in your browser extension, complete with its priority and due date — no need to pick up your phone to see it. Quick personal reminders: Thought of something you need to do while working on your laptop — like "Bring milk for evening tea" or "Get the bike serviced"? Add it as a task right from the extension in seconds. While working from your laptop: Deep in your browser doing actual work when a task reminder pops up? Check its priority, note the due date, and mark it done the second you finish — all without switching apps. In an organisation: A manager assigns tasks to team members through the mobile app. Every team member can glance at the extension throughout the day, see what's high priority or due soon, and clear off what's already done. Quick task check-ins: Between browser tabs, quickly glance at your task list to see what's pending, what's urgent, and what needs to get done today. Who Is This For?
