The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About TabSweep

- TabSweep is a Chrome MV3 extension that automatically closes tabs whose URLs match user-defined JavaScript regex patterns. - Modes: close immediately, or wait for an idle delay; optional “close on click” to shut matching tabs as soon as you activate them. - Regex safety: Options page validates each line live, disables Save until all patterns compile, and shows line-numbered errors. - Manual control: Popup has a “Run now” button to rescan all open tabs with current rules. - Safeguards: Pinned tabs and non-http(s) URLs are never closed; idle mode skips the active tab.
