The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Table to Excel: export any web table to Excel & CSV
Table to Excel lists every table on the page you are on, with a preview of what the file will hold. Point at one and it lights up on the page. One click saves it as an Excel workbook or a CSV file, with merged cells kept and numbers still numbers.
Exporting the table in front of you is free, with no trial period and no row limit.
Many pages show only part of a table, a dozen rows at a time behind a Next button. Table to Excel reads the count the page gives and shows it before you export (12 of 480, say), so you know when a file would be short. With the licence it collects the rest, either from the data grid itself, which takes a couple of seconds even for a large table, or by paging and scrolling through it. If a site hides its next-page button, you can point at the button once and it remembers. The count shows when every row is in.
Drop a PDF on the PDF page and it finds the tables on every page. A table that a page break cut in two comes back as one, with its header once. Reading and previewing them is free; downloading them comes with the licence.
When you need another format, the same table goes out as JSON or a SQL insert script, and there is an import file for QuickBooks. Dates stay dates and prices become numbers. For spreadsheets set to European conventions you can choose semicolons and decimal commas, so the file opens correctly the first time.
Before you export, you can choose the columns, or open the table in the Editor to fix a cell, drop a row, or split a column that holds several fields in one cell. You can also paste data from anywhere into the Editor and convert it the same way.
Alt+Shift+E, or the right-click menu, puts export buttons above every table on the page.
Your data stays in your browser. You need no account to export. The PDF reader is part of the extension, so nothing is fetched to run it. There is no content script: nothing of ours runs on a page until you ask, and then only on that page.
It works with the JavaScript data grids most admin panels are built on, as well as plain HTML tables.
A €10 licence, paid once, adds the features for working across many tables and pages, such as collecting a table across all its pages, keeping tables aside from several sites to export together, and exporting every table on a page at once. The popup marks each of these with Pro. There is no subscription. To unlock them, sign in from the popup with the email address you bought with.
