Tabflow – AI Tab Manager

Tabflow keeps your daily workflow tabs locked in, and auto-organizes everything else. New in 1.2.3: fixed saved tab groups piling up as duplicate pills after restarts and re-grouping. New in 1.2.2: workspaces no longer duplicate or pile up extra groups, deleting one sticks, and restoring on restart won't re-open tabs you already have. 🧷 PINNED WORKSPACES Define your own categories — Email, AI, Trading, Storage, whatever you live in — with a name, color, and the URLs that belong there. Workspaces survive every Chrome restart. Click "Restore" and any missing anchor tab opens itself and joins the group. ✨ AI AUTO-GROUPING Everything outside your workspaces gets auto-classified into 22 topics (Dev, Design, Research, Shop, Finance, Media, Social, Health, Travel and more) using on-device domain + keyword matching. No API key, no data sent anywhere. 🗑 ONE-CLICK CLEANUP Tabs piling up? One click closes every temporary tab across every Chrome window — your workspaces, Chrome-pinned tabs, and active tabs stay safe. 💾 EXTRAS • Save & restore named sessions • Auto-suspend idle tabs to free memory (workspaces excluded) • Quick notes with auto-save • Search across open tabs and bookmarks • Built-in keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet • Tab analytics — see your top domains and group breakdown 🔒 PRIVACY 100% on-device. No accounts, no tracking, no API calls. Your tab data never leaves your browser. TROUBLESHOOTING Seeing duplicate tab groups in the "Create new tab group" dropdown? That's Chrome Sync, not Tabflow. Chrome automatically saves and syncs every tab group you close. Fix: 1. Open chrome://settings/syncSetup/advanced 2. Click "Customize sync" 3. Toggle "Saved tab groups" OFF 4. Right-click each duplicate pill in your bookmark bar → Delete Built for power users with 30+ tabs who refuse to let their everyday workflow get lost in chaos.
