The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Umbrella - Copy & Paste URLs

Tab Umbrella is a lightweight tool to move URLs in and out of your browser tabs in one click. Copy: Copy All URLs – copies every open tab in the current window to your clipboard. Copy URLs on the Left / Right – copies only the tabs to one side of your active tab. Paste: Paste All URLs – reads a list of URLs from your clipboard (from Excel, Notepad, TextEdit, email, anywhere) and opens each one as a new tab. Paste URLs on the Left / Right – opens the pasted tabs beside your active tab. Smart paste handles messy input automatically: line breaks, blank lines, tabs, commas and spaces are all understood, bare domains like example.com are completed to https://example.com, and duplicates are removed. Everything runs locally in your browser. Tab Umbrella does not collect, store on a server, or transmit any of your data.
