The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Tab Tracker
Tab Tracker turns a messy window full of tabs into a clean list grouped by website, so you can find, organize, and share what you have open. Use it as a popup or keep it open in Chrome's side panel while you browse.
What's new in 2.2
• Search your browsing history: pages you visited before now appear below your open tabs as you search. Click one, or press Enter, to reopen it.
• Tick history results to copy, export, or save them along with your tabs.
• Optional and off by default: Tab Tracker asks first, and you can turn it off at any time.
Find tabs fast
• Search by title or URL, and press Enter to jump to a tab
• Sort by tab order, most tabs, or A–Z
• See one window or all of them
• Use the arrow keys, Enter, and Delete to manage tabs from the keyboard
Clean up
• Spot and close duplicate tabs
• See tabs you haven't used for 1, 3, 7, or 14 days, and close them in one click
• Put tabs to sleep to free up memory. They stay in your tab bar and reload when opened
• Close or move a whole site's tabs at once
Organize your tab bar
• Create Chrome tab groups by site, named and colour-coded automatically
• Tidy your tab bar so each site's tabs sit together
Save and share
• Save tabs as a named session and reopen them later
• Copy links as plain URLs, Markdown, Title – URL, or HTML
• Export to .txt, .md, or .html
Thoughtful details
• Side panel mode that stays open while you switch tabs
• Tab count on the toolbar icon
• Light and dark themes, or follow your system
• Open it anywhere with Ctrl+Shift+Y (Cmd+Shift+Y on Mac)
Private by design
Tab Tracker works entirely inside your browser. No accounts, no tracking, no servers. Your tabs, sessions, and settings never leave your device, and history search is only turned on if you allow it.
