The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Switcher Previews

Tab Switcher Previews adds a fast keyboard tab switcher for Chromium-based browsers. Switch through your most recently used tabs, see local screenshot previews of visited tabs, and quickly peek links without fully leaving the current page. Features: • Recent-tab switching based on last use • Local screenshot previews for visited tabs • Keyboard shortcuts for forward and backward switching • Appearance controls for theme, accent color, and preview size • Link peek with automatic popup fallback when a site blocks embedding • Settings page for customizing behavior How it works: • The extension reads tab titles and URLs in the current browser window to build the switcher • Screenshot previews are captured locally on your device for faster tab previews • Link peek tries an inline preview first and falls back to a popup window for sites that block embedding Privacy: • No analytics • No ads • No remote servers • Tab metadata, previews, and settings stay in Chrome extension storage on your device
