The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Notes

Unlike other similar apps, this one allows you to keep more than one note. ✔ Different note in each tab, not the same note everywhere. ✔ Offline & private. Notes never leave your computer. ✔ Dark mode. ✔ Search notes by clicking on the extension icon. ✔ No permissions. No accounts. No motivational quotes. ✔ Lightweight & fast. ✔ Back up notes in one click. Backups stored as text files (json). ✔ Manage and open your notes from anywhere in Chrome.
