Tab Focus Lock

Tab Focus Lock is a one-click way to stop yourself from tab-hopping. Click the extension icon and hit "Lock this tab" — that tab becomes your only tab. While locked: - Switching to any other tab instantly snaps you back to the locked tab. - Opening a new tab (Ctrl+T, links opened in a new tab, etc.) closes it automatically. - Trying to close the locked tab asks you to confirm first. When you're ready to move on, open the popup again and hit "Unlock" — everything goes back to normal. No accounts, no passwords, no tracking. Tab Focus Lock doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your data — all it does is manage which tab is active in your own browser.
