Tab Concierge — Tab Manager, Search & Cleanup

The tab manager that cleans up after you. Tab Concierge keeps your browser under control — automatically. Search any tab in seconds, close duplicate tabs, group tabs by topic, and auto-archive the ones you've stopped using so your tab bar never piles up. When you need a tab back, a relevance-ranked search panel digs it out of dozens in seconds. If you live with 30, 50, or 100+ open tabs, Tab Concierge is the tab organizer that does the tidying for you — quietly, in the background, and entirely on your device. Features: 🔎 Fast, ranked tab search Type what you're after and every open tab — across every window — instantly re-sorts by how well it matches the title, URL, and page content. No more squinting at tiny favicons or alt-tabbing through a wall of tabs. Click a result to jump straight to it. 🧠 On-device AI ranking When Chrome's built-in Prompt API (Gemini Nano) is available, search results are re-ranked semantically, so you find the right tab even when you don't remember its exact words. Where it isn't available, Tab Concierge falls back to instant keyword matching. Either way, nothing ever leaves your device. ⏳ Idle tab auto-archiving Every tab gets an idle timer. When it runs out, the tab is bookmarked to a tidy archive folder and closed — so tabs you've forgotten about stop hogging memory and screen space. Switch back to a tab and its countdown resets, so the tabs you actually use are never touched. 🗂️ Tab grouping Group matching tabs into native Chrome tab groups by relevance, or auto-group a whole window into clean topic clusters using Chrome's built-in on-device AI. Turn a chaotic window into an organized one in a single click. 🧹 Duplicate tab cleanup Automatically close duplicate tabs, keeping the most recently used copy. Pinned tabs are always left alone. 🗑️ Stale-bookmark cleanup Archived a tab and never went back? Tab Concierge can optionally remove archived bookmarks you haven't revisited after a window of time you choose — so your archive doesn't become its own kind of clutter. 🔔 Notifications Get optional, fully toggleable alerts when tabs are archived, duplicates are closed, or stale bookmarks are removed. Prefer silence? Turn them all off. 🤐 Private by design No servers. No analytics. No tracking. No external requests. All processing — including AI ranking and grouping — happens locally on your device via Chrome's built-in AI. Your tabs, URLs, and page content never leave your machine. See the privacy policy for full details. FAQ Will it close tabs I'm using? - No. Active tabs reset their idle timer every time you switch to them, and pinned tabs are never archived or deduplicated. Where do archived tabs go? - Into a dedicated bookmarks folder, so nothing is ever lost — you can reopen any archived tab at any time. Is any of my data sent anywhere? - No. Everything runs on-device, in memory. The extension makes no external requests.
