HOW TO USE 1. Install T&C Clarity and pin it to your browser toolbar. 2. Navigate to any website's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy page (or click "Try Sample Policy Demo" to test immediately). 3. Click "Summarize" or open the Side Panel to view the instant risk score, bullet highlights, and red flags. 4. (Optional): In Options, configure your private Google Gemini API key or local Ollama instance for deep generative reasoning and interactive Q&A. PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS T&C Clarity operates privacy-first with a built-in offline legal scanning engine. When using local Ollama, all legal text processing happens 100% on your local machine with zero network transmission. When using Google Gemini, extracted text is securely transmitted directly to Google's official Gemini endpoint using your own private API key.
