SyncBot

Address Sync is a lightweight browser extension built for Etsy sellers who fulfill orders through AliExpress drop-shipping suppliers. It removes the single most repetitive, error-prone step in the fulfillment workflow: manually retyping a buyer's shipping address from an Etsy order into an AliExpress checkout form. HOW IT WORKS Open any Etsy order detail page (Shop Manager → Orders → select an order). Click Copy. Address Sync reads the buyer's shipping address directly from the order's "Ship to" section and splits it into individual fields: first name, last name, phone, street address, apartment or suite, city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country. Every field appears in the popup and stays fully editable, so you can review or correct anything before it goes anywhere. Open your AliExpress checkout page and click Paste. Address Sync fills in the matching text fields automatically and copies the complete formatted address to your clipboard as a backup, so nothing is lost if a field doesn't match. WHY ETSY DROPSHIPPERS NEED THIS Sellers running a drop-shipping style Etsy shop often place dozens of supplier orders a week. Typing full names, multi-line street addresses, ZIP+4 codes, and phone numbers by hand is slow and a common source of shipping mistakes — wrong apartment numbers, transposed digits, mismatched states. Address Sync turns a multi-minute manual task into two clicks, so orders move from Etsy to your supplier faster and with fewer errors. KEY FEATURES One-click address capture straight from Etsy order pages — no manual highlighting required Automatic field splitting for name, street, apartment, city, state, ZIP, country, and phone Editable review step before pasting, so you always stay in control of what gets sent Smart autofill on AliExpress checkout forms, including name, phone, street, apartment, and postal code fields Clipboard backup on every paste, as a safety net for any field that needs a manual touch Built-in light and dark themes No account, sign-up, or configuration required PRIVACY BY DESIGN Address Sync does not use external servers and does not transmit or track any data. The address you copy is stored only in your browser's local extension storage and is overwritten the next time you copy a new one. Nothing ever leaves your device. WHO THIS IS FOR Etsy sellers, drop-shippers, and print-on-demand store owners who source products from AliExpress and manually place a fulfillment order for each sale. If you're retyping buyer addresses multiple times a day, this extension gives that time back.
