Subscription Sentinel

Tired of surprise renewal charges and apps that demand access to your bank account? Subscription Sentinel is a privacy-first browser extension that helps you track your recurring payments without ever compromising your security. Our core principle is simple: financial oversight without financial surveillance. Why Choose Subscription Sentinel? Absolutely Private: We will NEVER ask for your bank, credit card, or any other financial login. All data is entered manually by you and stored securely on your own device, where it belongs. Avoid Unwanted Charges: Get timely browser (as browser action badge)) notification before a subscription renews, giving you the chance to cancel services you no longer need and save money. Informative Dashboard: Go beyond a simple list. Get a clear overview of all active subscriptions, see a projected annual cost to understand your yearly spending, and view subscriptions grouped by currency with monthly totals calculated for each. Stay Organized: De-clutter your active list with the Archive System. Archived subscriptions are hidden from your main view but can be restored or permanently deleted at any time. Key Features: Local Data Storage: Your subscription data never leaves your computer. Powerful Renewal Reminders: Get action badge notification (red number) on extension icon and red marked subscription before a payment is due, with the number of days configurable in the settings. Multi-Currency Support: Assign a specific currency to each subscription and set a default currency for new entries. Flexible Billing Cycles: Supports both monthly and yearly payment types to match your needs. Data Backup & Import: You have full control. Export all your data to a JSON file for safekeeping or import it on a new device. Light & Dark Mode: The extension automatically respects your system's theme preference for comfortable viewing. Stop "subscription creep" and take back control of your finances today. Add Subscription Sentinel to Chrome and start tracking your payments with peace of mind. v1.2: Enables reminders using an action badge on the extension icon and red marked subscription in the extension pop-up.
