About Steam Ledger – Market Profit Tracker
Know exactly how much you've made on the Steam Community Market, after fees.
Steam Ledger reads your own Steam Market history, matches every sale with the purchase it came from, and shows your real profit or loss after Steam and game fees. No spreadsheets and no guessing.

WHAT YOU GET
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 Dashboard
• Realized profit/loss, return and the share of profitable sales
• Monthly (or yearly) profit chart
• Per-item stats: buys, sales, return, average holding time and fees paid
• Total inventory value and net cash flow
• Full transaction list with CSV export
💰 Accurate fee math
• Uses Steam's own fee formula (Steam fee + game fee), read from your wallet settings
• Sales are matched to purchases first-in, first-out (FIFO)
• Accounts that changed currency are converted at that day's ECB exchange rate
🎒 Inventory
• Click any item to see what you paid, the break-even price and what you'd make if you sold now
• Sort your inventory by market price (high → low or low → high)
• Total value of the game you're viewing and your open profit/loss
• One-click selling: at the lowest price, 1 cent under, or instantly to the highest buy order
• "Select & sell": pick several items and list them all at once after a summary confirmation
• Sell dialog shows how much you'll receive and your profit at the price you type
🏷️ Market and listings
• Profit card on item pages: your purchase price, break-even price and profit at the current price
• Badges in search results showing your average cost or past profit
• "You're not the lowest" alerts on your active listings, with one-click undercut or match
• Manage all your listings from the dashboard: undercut, set a price, sell now or remove
🔁 Trade offers
• Market value of both sides, the difference, and your profit compared to what you paid
✍️ Manual costs
• Items from cases, drops or trades have no purchase record; enter a unit cost and they're included in your profit
🌐 English and Turkish
• Follows your browser language, or choose one in Settings
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PRIVACY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Everything is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage). There's no server and no account.
• Steam requests go directly from your browser using your existing steamcommunity.com session. No password, API key or Steam Guard code is ever asked for.
• The only other connection is to api.frankfurter.dev for public daily exchange rates, and only when your history contains more than one currency. No personal data is sent.
• No tracking, no analytics.
• The extension's own popup and dashboard may show one card labeled "Sponsored" or "Affiliate link" that you can hide with one click. The developer may earn a commission from purchases made through an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you. The card's content is read from a public JSON file; none of your data is sent.

HOW TO START
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Sign in to steamcommunity.com in Chrome.
2. Click the Steam Ledger icon → "Sync". With a long history, the first read can take a few minutes.
3. Open the dashboard, or just browse your inventory and the market.
