StampExplorer

StampExplorer is an AI-powered companion for stamp collectors browsing Yahoo Auctions Japan. When you open a listing that belongs to the postage-stamp category, an on-page overlay automatically identifies the stamps shown in the auction images and displays a reference valuation — per-item and total. Key features • AI stamp recognition Identifies individual stamps from the auction's product images, including multi-item lots with long descriptions such as "特57黄山盖15枚(-2,-3,…,-16)". • Per-item reference price Shows each stamp's estimated price in a clean detail table, not just a single lump-sum number. • Total reference valuation Summarises the whole lot with a highlighted card so you can decide whether the current bid is reasonable at a glance. • Multi-currency with no ambiguity One-click switch between JPY, CNY, and USD, using clearly prefixed symbols (JP¥ / CN¥ / US$) and a cultural currency badge — no more confusion between Japanese yen and Chinese yuan. • Smart activation, privacy-friendly by design The overlay only appears on Yahoo Auctions Japan stamp-category listings. On any other page, the extension does nothing. What we send Only the current auction URL, its platform item ID, and a fixed source tag are sent to our backend for AI analysis. The extension never uploads your local files, never reads other websites, and never tracks you across the web. Single purpose Identifying postage stamps in Yahoo Auctions Japan listings and providing a reference valuation.
