The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Spotlight Focus

A Chrome extension that dims the entire page and projects a soft spotlight wherever your cursor is. Designed for presentations, screen sharing, and live demos where you need to draw an audience's attention to a specific part of the screen. The level of dimming and the radius of the spotlight are dynamically adjustable. The app requires permissions to read the contents of the active tab so that it can adjust the brightness and show the splotlight. No text content is read in this process. Changes in version 3.4 Removed webNavigation from the permissions required because it was overly permissive for what the app needed.
