How to use Spin Wheel Turn a prepared list into a draw in four steps. 1) Pin the extension and open its popup. 2) Paste names, a table, or a list into the input. 3) Or load a .csv or .txt file, or use text selected on the current page. 4) Press Spin, then read the winner. How Spin Wheel draws 📍 Spin Wheel chooses the winner before the animation starts. The spin animation shows the selected ticket; it does not change the result. Duplicate lines remain separate tickets. If weights are set, the draw uses those weights. Numbers copied from a table remain part of each label. 📌 Editing stays close to the wheel. The item editor shows each label and its weight as ×N. The wheel shows larger weighted sectors, while the winner card makes the selected line easy to read. Prepare the source before the draw The input accepts one item per line, and it can also read rows and columns from a pasted table. Empty lines are ignored while labels are trimmed, so a copied list can go straight into the popup. CSV input follows its detected delimiter; TXT accepts one entry per line or a single separated row. If a file has the wrong extension or no usable entries, the popup shows a local error and keeps the current view available. Edit is useful when a list needs a small correction. Add a row, remove a row, change a label, or set a weight from 1 to 100. When text input changes, the app reuses an existing weight for matching labels. The result card keeps long labels readable and returns to the input when you are ready for another draw. The draw also handles the awkward cases. If the entries change during the animation, the app discards the result and shows a message. If saving the result fails, the popup reports that it was not saved. These states leave the list ready for correction and another try. Frequently asked questions ❓ Can I load an Excel workbook? 💡 Not as .xlsx. Save it as .csv or .txt, or paste the cells.
