Speedy Ads for Twitch & YouTube

Speedy Ads handles video ads for you on YouTube and Twitch: automatically, quietly, and entirely on your device. WHAT IT DOES - Mutes ads as soon as they start, and gives your sound back when your video resumes. - Speeds ads up: choose x2, x4, x8 or x16. - YouTube: jumps to the end of skippable ads. - Twitch: mutes, speeds up, displays an overlay, and plays ad music (all toggleable, with the option to upload your own MP3 under 4MB). - A master switch, plus one switch per site. - Daily and all-time stats: ads handled and time spent in ads. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account, no tracking, no analytics, no remote code. - Settings and stats stay in your browser. - Runs only on youtube.com and twitch.tv. GOOD TO KNOW - Speedy Ads does not block ads: they still load and play, just muted and faster. - Sites change often. If an ad is not handled, update the extension or leave a review so we can fix it. MICROSOFT EDGE Edge limits autoplay with sound by default. If a video stays paused after an ad, click it once, or allow autoplay for the site in Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Media autoplay (edge://settings/content/mediaAutoplay). Speedy Ads shows a reminder in its popup when it detects this. Enjoying it? The star and heart icons in the popup let you rate the extension or support its developer. Speedy Ads is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Twitch.
