The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About SNN Chat - AI Assistant
SNN Chat puts an AI assistant in Chrome's side panel that understands the page you're on. Summarize articles, compare products, explain code or rewrite text without copy-pasting or switching tabs.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Summarize long articles, docs and threads in seconds
• Ask questions about the current page: it reads the page content for you
• Highlight any text to use it as context, then explain, translate, rewrite or fact-check it
• Keep up with single-page apps: SNN Chat notices when the page changes
ANY MODEL YOU LIKE
• Connect your own OpenRouter API key and pick from hundreds of models: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and more
• Switch models in real time
• See how many tokens you've used and what each chat costs as you go
HISTORY THAT STAYS ORGANIZED
• Chats are saved separately for each website, so every site picks up where you left off
• Browse past sessions and start new chats with a click
• Export your chat history anytime
MADE TO FIT HOW YOU WORK
• Light, dark or auto theme
• Adjustable font size and layout
• Your API key and chat history are stored locally in your browser
GETTING STARTED
1. Install SNN Chat and click the toolbar icon to open the side panel
2. Open Settings and paste your OpenRouter API key (openrouter.ai/keys)
3. Choose a model and start chatting with any page
SNN Chat doesn't need an account. You pay OpenRouter directly for what you use or use free models.
