About SNAG — Save Notes And Go

SNAG lets you save text from any webpage directly to a Google Doc, in one click. Select text. Right-click. SNAG it. Done. Your clips are instantly saved with the source URL, page title, and timestamp. No new app to learn, no proprietary notebook, no account to create. Just your Google Doc. PERFECT FOR AI USERS Stop losing insights from ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini conversations. SNAG captures the best answers before they disappear into chat history. HOW IT WORKS 1. Highlight any text on a webpage 2. Right-click and select "SNAG it" 3. It's in your Google Doc, formatted with source and timestamp PRIVACY FIRST SNAG uses the most restrictive Google Drive permission (drive.file). It can only access the doc it creates — it never sees your other files. No servers, no tracking, no data collection. Everything goes directly from your browser to Google. Free to use. One doc, zero friction!
