The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About SlowScroll

SlowScroll is a Chrome extension designed to help combat website addiction by intentionally slowing down access to specified addictive sites (e.g., social media like Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, or Reddit). It introduces a configurable delay before loading pages, disrupting the instant gratification loop and encouraging more mindful browsing. This is a behavioral nudge tool rather than a full blocker.
