About Skool Posts Scraper
π° Skool Posts Scraper β Collect Community Posts & Export Your Archive
Keep the Skool conversations you already have access to, right from your browser.
Skool Posts Scraper collects complete posts from any Skool community you can open and turns them into an archive you can search, organize, and analyze. Save post text, authors, dates, likes, comment counts, and media references. Export a collection as CSV, JSON, or Excel whenever you need it.
The free plan covers 10 posts per community collection, with all three export formats included. Pro removes the post limit and adds supported photo, GIF, and video downloads, with optional folders for each post.
Nothing to install beyond the extension. Sign in, open a community, and start collecting.

π 1. TEN FREE POSTS PER COLLECTION
The free plan lets you collect and export up to 10 posts per community collection.
π° Complete accessible posts, including text-only posts
π€ Author names, author links, and post dates
β€οΈ Likes and comment counts
π CSV, JSON, and Excel exports
π Original post links and media references
Your post count and free collection limit are visible in the panel. There is no weekly credit reset. Pro can resume the same collection beyond the free limit.
β No credit card
β No countdown clock
β No extra software
Sign in with Google, open a community you belong to, and start scraping from Home.
π¦ 2. COLLECT EVERY ACCESSIBLE POST WITH PRO
With Pro you can work through an entire community feed without stopping at the free collection limit.
π No cap on posts per collection
π° Complete post details collected from each accessible post
π The same CSV, JSON, and Excel export options
πΎ Collection progress saved locally between sessions
βΈ Stop collection when you need a break
βΆοΈ Resume from the saved position
Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime options are listed inside the extension. Prices and subscription management are available in the billing tab.
ποΈ 3. SAVE POST MEDIA WITH PRO
Turn on Download Media before starting or resuming a collection to save supported photos, GIFs, and videos from posts.
πΌ Photos and GIFs attached to posts
π₯ Supported Skool-hosted and embedded videos
π Optional subfolder for each post ID
β‘ Several media files can save at once
π Progress for files currently downloading
π Retry failed media from your saved collection
Supported embedded video sources include Loom, Vimeo, and Wistia. Availability depends on the source and your existing access. YouTube videos and protected or unsupported media are not downloaded.
Media downloads can continue while collection is stopped or the popup is closed. Keep Chrome and the source Skool tab open while downloads run.
π 4. EXPORT AN ARCHIVE YOU CAN USE
Choose the format that fits your workflow:
π CSV for spreadsheets and data analysis
π§Ύ JSON for structured archives and your own tools
π Excel for a ready-to-open workbook
Exports include post IDs, titles, text, content, authors, category IDs, likes, comment counts, media references, source links, and timestamps when Skool provides them.
Comment counts are included; individual comment threads are not collected.
Your saved posts remain exportable if a media download fails or while media is still queued. Exporting never depends on every media file finishing successfully.
π 5. STOP, RESUME & TRACK YOUR COLLECTION
Stay in control without stepping away from Skool.
βΈ Stop scraping while keeping the posts already collected
βΆοΈ Resume the same community collection later
π Retry a failed request from the saved position
π Check queued media downloads
π Look back at recent media download results
π§Ή Reset a collection when you want to start again
Collected posts and scraping progress are stored in your browser profile. Clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension removes those local collections, so export anything you want to keep.
π 6. PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Posts are processed entirely on your own device.
π Collected post content never reaches our servers
π Works through the Skool account you're already signed into
π Google sign-in covers your extension account and plan only
π Media files go to the Downloads subfolder you choose
The extension only ever reaches posts and media your current Skool account can already open.
