Works out of the box, no API key needed. ■ Bilingual reading in one click The original stays, and the translation appears below each paragraph with the layout intact. Choose dashed underlines or highlighting to compare easily. ■ Replace in place, formatting kept The translation goes back into the original position, keeping links, bold text and inline code. Switch instantly between original, replaced and bilingual views; translated content comes from cache, so nothing is requested twice. Returning to the original restores the page exactly as it was. ■ Select any text, get it instantly Select text and click the small icon to open a translation card. The translation streams in, and you can copy it or have it read aloud. If the selection is already in your target language, Silk translates in the other direction automatically. ■ Developer friendly: code stays code On GitHub, documentation sites and engineering blogs, code blocks, numbers and times are skipped, and inline code and formatting markup are preserved exactly. ■ Fast: translate as you scroll Paragraphs in and near the viewport are translated first and shown as they arrive, so you never wait for the whole page.
