Signal8 puts SEC filing intelligence next to whatever you are reading. On popular finance and social sites, Signal8 highlights stock tickers like $AAPL or NASDAQ: TSLA. Click one, or hover it and click "Open", to load that company in the Chrome side panel without leaving the page. The side panel shows the Signal8 Terminal rail for that company: • Live price, volume, float and market cap • Summary and share structure • Dilution: ATM sales, shelf registrations, warrants and convertibles • Press releases and SEC filings • Holders: insiders and institutions • Your Signal8 watchlist You can also search any US-listed ticker or company name from the search box at the top of the panel. Sign in with your Signal8 account. If you are already logged in on signal8.ai, the side panel uses the same login. Some data, such as dilution snapshots and SEC filings, requires Signal8 Pro. Privacy: ticker highlighting runs entirely in your browser. Signal8 does not collect or send the pages you visit. The side panel only talks to signal8.ai to load data for the ticker you open.
