The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Sigilla: Research & Citation Clipper
Turn a selected passage into a source-backed note without leaving the page.
When you choose Save & Copy Citation, Sigilla keeps the selected text together with the page title, available author and publication details, surrounding context, your optional note, and the original URL. It then copies a clean Markdown citation that is ready to paste into your writing workflow.
You can also save the current page and classify it as Read Soon, Maybe, or Archive. Use the popup, the Alt+Shift+H shortcut, or the right-click menu to capture material while you read.
Up to 10 clips can be stored locally before you create an account. If you connect the extension to Sigilla, those clips are moved into your private source library. User-initiated saves are queued when the connection is temporarily unavailable and sync automatically when it returns.
Sigilla is designed for one purpose: keeping a useful passage attached to the source information needed to understand and reuse it later. It does not collect your general browsing history. The extension reads the current page only after you explicitly invoke a save action. Synced source data is sent securely to your Sigilla account and is not sold or used for advertising.
