The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Shortcut

Create custom shortcuts so you can type "cal" in the address bar and go to your calendar. Chrome used to have this feature by allowing custom search engines without %s in the URL. They're now required to have %s so you can't create shortcuts to plain URLs.
