Sesium

Sesium is the AI clinical assistant for psychologists and therapists: an assistant you use to review a patient's history, analyze each session, and prepare treatment, backed by transcripts of your sessions and a living clinical memory of every case. This extension is the piece that captures your online sessions. You open it right next to the video call — Meet, Zoom, or Teams — pick the patient, and start. Everything else (clinical history, the assistant chat, scheduling) lives at sesium.app, under the same account. It's not a session summary. It's the patient's clinical memory, with reasoning on top. A session summary is a snapshot. We build the whole film. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES It opens as a side panel next to the call — nothing covered, no window switching. It transcribes live what's said, keeping your side (microphone) separate from the patient's (audio from the shared tab). It lets you take notes and mark key phrases while you work, so you can come back to them later. The assistant is right there to answer you when you ask, citing its source: the live transcript, your notes, or the clinical history. You listen. Sesium remembers. The moment you close the session, post-processing kicks in on your account: a section-by-section summary, the analysis you define (not a generic template), and the patient's memory updated with what happened today. LIVING CLINICAL MEMORY No session starts from zero. Sesium connects people, events, and emotions across each patient's full history, and you ask it like a colleague who sat in on every session: "What changed since last time? Is the plan working?"
