Second Opinion: Honest AI Buy Check

Free Fakespot alternative. One click on any Amazon product: an honest buy verdict, a fake-review check, and a price check. Second Opinion is a free, honest second opinion before you buy on Amazon, and a privacy-first alternative to Fakespot, which shut down in July 2025.Add one button to any Amazon product page. Click it and you get a straight answer:• Are the reviews real? It reads the rating pattern, the review volume, and Amazon's own "customers say" summary, and flags listings where the reviews look inflated or manipulated.• Is this actually worth buying? An honest verdict grounded in the real page, not the marketing.• Is the price fair and the seller trustworthy? It flags inflated "discounts" and third-party sellers worth a second look.• Is there something better? Only when a genuinely better option exists. If what you're looking at is already a good choice, it says so and stays out of the way.Why people switched from Fakespot to Second Opinion:• It does nothing until you click. No popups, no background tracking, no reading pages you didn't ask about.• It reads only the product you're checking. It never touches your accounts, payment details, or browsing history.• Every recommendation is fact-checked before you see it, so you're not handed a confident guess.Free to install and use. When it links you to a recommended product it may use an Amazon affiliate link, disclosed every time, at no extra cost to you. Keywords people find it by: fakespot alternative, fake review checker, amazon review checker, fake review detector, is this worth buying, check amazon reviews, honest shopping assistant, spot fake reviews.
