ScrollBreak

ScrollBreak helps you take back control of your time on YouTube. Instead of mindlessly scrolling from one video to the next, you set a daily time limit — and when it's up, you're gently stopped before the next binge begins. But here's what makes ScrollBreak different: getting more time isn't free or automatic. To unlock bonus minutes, you complete a short mental challenge — a quick brain teaser, a memory game, or a typing sprint. That tiny moment of friction breaks the autopilot, snaps you back into a conscious decision, and asks: do I actually want more, or was I just scrolling? What you get: - ⏱️ Daily time limits — decide how much YouTube is enough, and ScrollBreak holds you to it. - 🧠 Challenge-to-unlock — earn bonus time by beating Brain Sprint, Memory Matrix, or a Typing Challenge. No mindless "click to continue." - 🎯 Focus mode — strip away the distractions that keep you scrolling. - 📊 Insight dashboard — see your real usage trends, challenges completed, and time reclaimed over time. - 🔒 Built to help, not punish — ScrollBreak is designed to feel like a helpful nudge, not a lockout. Why it works: Doom scrolling thrives on zero friction. ScrollBreak adds just enough — a moment to think — at exactly the right point. Over time, those moments add up to hours back in your day. Install ScrollBreak and turn YouTube from a time sink into something you use on purpose. Free to use. Your data stays anonymous — no account required to get started.
