The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About ScreenLoo: screenshots that don't stick around

ScreenLoo is a simple screenshot tool for people who take lots of temporary captures. Select an area of a webpage, get it copied instantly to your clipboard, and keep recent screenshots in the browser popup instead of filling your Desktop or Downloads folder. You can copy again, rename, drag, delete, or let ScreenLoo clear them automatically. Everything stays local on your computer and nothing is sent to external servers.
