How it works 1. Install Screenle and sign in at screenle.com so the extension can pick up your personal key. 2. Open a job application (Greenhouse, Workday, Personio, Lever, SmartRecruiters, and other career sites). 3. Open the Screenle side panel or toolbar icon. 4. Run Fit Pulse for a score, Spark Fill for grounded drafts, and Place for your résumé. 5. Review, edit anything you want, then submit the form yourself.
