About SavedThat: Save & Search Inside Videos

You saved that video for a reason. A recipe, a workout, a travel tip, a tutorial. Then it disappeared into a pile of hundreds of saves, and scrolling back to find it takes longer than watching it again. SavedThat fixes that. Save Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube videos in one click, and SavedThat turns every one into a searchable transcript. Type what you remember, in your own words, and land on the exact second it was said. Try it: search "how much miso goes in that pasta" and SavedThat opens the cooking video at 4:12, right where the chef says "two tablespoons of white miso". HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a video on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok and click Save (or press Ctrl+Shift+S, ⌘⇧S on Mac) 2. SavedThat transcribes the speech automatically, usually within a minute 3. Search your whole library by meaning, not exact words 4. Click a result and the original video opens at that moment WHAT YOU GET - One library for Reels, TikToks, Shorts and YouTube videos - Search inside videos: find a clip by what was said, even if you forgot the title or the creator - Jump to the exact second: every result is a timestamped link to the original video - Get the answer, not a rewatch: ask a question and get a short answer that cites your saved videos with timestamps - Any language: search in English and find a clip spoken in Spanish, Russian or Japanese. 100+ languages - AI summaries of long videos, with timestamps for every point - No folders, no tags, nothing to organize. Your library sorts itself - Right-click any video link to save it without opening it - The same library on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps BRING THE VIDEOS YOU ALREADY SAVED Open your own saved page (Instagram Saved, YouTube Watch Later or Liked videos) and click "Import saved videos" in the SavedThat popup. The extension scrolls that page for you and collects the links to the videos you saved, so years of saves become searchable at once. You choose how many to import before anything is sent. What the import does and does not do: - It runs only when you click it, only on your own saved page, in your own browser session. It never runs in the background. - It reads links only. No video files, no images, no messages, no profile data, nothing from any other page or account. - It scrolls at a human pace and stops the moment you press Stop. MADE FOR - Home cooks with a folder of recipes they never cook - Anyone collecting workouts, travel spots, tips and life hacks "for later" - Students and researchers saving lectures and explainers - Creators and marketers keeping a swipe file of ideas - Developers bookmarking coding tutorials - Everyone who has ever thought "I saved this somewhere" NOT A DOWNLOADER SavedThat does not download or store video files. It keeps a link to the original video and a searchable transcript, and always sends you back to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok to watch. Creators keep their views. PRIVACY SavedThat reads a page only when you ask it to: when you save a video, or when you click Import on your own saved page. It does not track your browsing and collects nothing from pages you did not point it at. Your library is private to your account, and you can delete it at any time.
