The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Save Image As Type

Save Image As Type adds a right-click context-menu item on images that lets you re-save an image in a different format — PNG, JPEG, or WebP. When you choose a format, the extension fetches the image, re-encodes it, and downloads it using the original filename with the new extension. No settings, no account, no tracking, no data collection.
