Salary Hours

Salary Hours shows how long you’d need to work to afford prices on the web. Set your monthly salary once. On shopping sites and elsewhere, prices become short hour labels like 2.5h or <1h — so you can judge purchases in time, not just money. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the extension icon 2. Enter your monthly salary and salary currency 3. Save, then refresh the page 4. Prices update automatically as you browse Hover a converted price to see the original amount. FEATURES • Converts prices into hours based on your hourly rate (monthly salary ÷ 160) • Works with common currencies (€, $, £, and more) • Compact labels that don’t clutter the page • Original price available on hover • Settings saved locally in your browser NOTE Amounts are converted as-is (no currency exchange). Use it as a rough “is this worth my time?” check while shopping. Privacy: Salary Hours only uses the storage permission to save your salary settings on your device. It does not send your data to any server.
