The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Reverse Tab Order

Chrome's vertical tabs are great, but the current ordering puts new tabs at the bottom. This reverses that order so it automatically puts your newest tabs on top as you add them. Also includes a "swap order" button in the extension to quickly reverse your tabs. v1.2: Updated to account for tab groups
