Resumalyze — tailor résumés to jobs, in 1 click

Resumalyze reads the job posting you're already looking at and tailors your résumé and cover letter to it. No copying, no pasting, no switching tabs. How it works: Open a job on LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, Glassdoor, or any of 25+ boards. A small panel appears with a free match score against your résumé — before you spend anything. Press "Tailor for this job" and finished Word documents download straight to your computer. Before tailoring the resume & cover letter, you will see: • How well your résumé already matches this posting, and which keywords it's missing. • Whether you've already tailored this exact job. The same posting resurfaces across searches and alerts for weeks; this catches it so you don't waste credits if using premium AI models. • The exact cost, on the button, before you click it. Works on many job boards: Job sites publish their listings using a shared web standard for job postings, and Resumalyze reads that standard directly. That means it works on large job boards and on company careers pages alike, including regional and country-specific domains. Queue as many as you like: Click through ten postings in a row, each is queued and tailored in the background while you keep browsing. A notification tells you when one finishes. A KEYBOARD SHORTCUT FOR THE REAL WORKFLOW Ctrl+Shift+L (Cmd+Shift+L on a Mac) tailors the job on the current page without reaching for the mouse, for working down a results list quickly. Requirements: A free Resumalyze account (resumalyze.com) with your résumé filled in. Sign-in happens on the website; the extension never sees your password. Privacy: Full policy: https://resumalyze.com/privacy The short version: your résumé and the job postings you tailor to are stored on your account and used only to generate your documents. Never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train any AI model.
