About Reprise Builder: Cloning

Reprise Builder: Cloning OVERVIEW The Reprise Builder: Cloning extension records an app's JavaScript and network requests to produce a self-contained Clone, a copy that runs its own logic rather than just displaying captured screens. Because it captures the real requests and responses, native behavior such as animations, dynamic UI, and multi-step workflows works without rebuilding anything by hand. A Clone runs independently of production, so reps can take real actions during a demo and reset the state afterward. Multiple people can also use the same environment at the same time without colliding. KEY FEATURES • Captures JavaScript and network requests, so the app's native logic works in the Clone • Records screens and events automatically in the background as you navigate • Resettable state with support for many concurrent users without collisions • Inject custom datasets and connect to GitHub and GitLab • Served over a dedicated CDN and available online or offline • Works with the Reprise MCP: a paired AI agent can run the capture, assemble the Clone, and make edits from your prompts HOW TO USE IT 1. Install the extension and open the app you want to clone. 2. Right-click and choose Inspect. 3. Open the Reprise Capture tab and keep it docked. 4. Name the demo and click Start Capture. 5. Run through your flow. 6. Click Stop to view a summary of captured events. 7. Preview the Clone or open it in the editor. Ready to build a better environment? Install the extension and start your first clone.
