Reply Copilot

Reply Copilot drafts thoughtful, on-brand replies to your marketplace customer messages — so you stop rewriting "thanks for your patience, your tracking is..." for the 200th time. HOW IT WORKS Click into any eBay customer message. Hit the Draft button. In about two seconds, a reply written in your voice appears in the side panel — already aware of the customer's question, the listing, the order status, and the conversation so far. Tweak it, then send. Or click Insert and Reply Copilot drops it straight into eBay's reply box. TRAINED ON YOUR SHOP Voices, knowledge base entries, and shop policies live in your dashboard. Reply Copilot uses them to generate every draft — so the AI sounds like you, references your real return policy, mentions your real lead times, and never invents details it can't back up. AUTO-CONTEXT Every draft pulls in: - The customer's question and the full conversation history - Item details, condition, shipping policy - Order status, tracking number, ship-to city - Your store-specific voice and KB No manual prompt-writing. Open a thread, click Draft. HANDLES MULTI-MESSAGE THREADS When a customer sends three questions across two messages, Reply Copilot reads all of them and writes a single reply that addresses every one — not just the latest. No more half-answered threads. LEARNS FROM YOUR EDITS Every time you tweak a draft before sending, Reply Copilot quietly captures the change. After a handful of edits, it surfaces suggestions in your dashboard — "you usually swap 'Hello' for 'Hi there'", "you've added our 30-day return note eight times this week, want to bake it into your voice?". Accept the ones you like and they roll into every future draft. Your shop teaches the AI without you ever writing a prompt. TEAM-FRIENDLY Multiple team members, multiple stores, multiple voices — each rep can have their own tone. Per-store knowledge base scoping means a TikTok Shop FAQ never surfaces on an eBay reply. Role-based access keeps billing and voice management with owners, while reps focus on drafting. ACTIVITY DASHBOARD Every draft is logged. See which categories of questions you reply to most, how often you edit AI drafts before sending, and what KB topics your customers ask about. Use that signal to tighten your voice and grow your KB. PRIVACY We only read marketplace pages when you click Draft. We never run in the background. Customer messages and drafts are stored under your company workspace, never used to train shared AI models, and deleted on request. See replycopilot.app/privacy for the full policy.
