The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Reorder Tabs by Domain
A Chrome extension that automatically sorts tabs by domain name while keeping grouped tabs untouched.
Features
🗂️ Smart Sorting: Sorts tabs by domain name alphabetically
🔒 Respects Groups: Leaves already grouped tabs in their current positions
🎨 Modern UI: Clean, gradient-based popup interface
⚡ One-Click Action: Simple button click to sort tabs
📊 Smart Detection: Shows how many ungrouped tabs will be sorted
How it Works
The extension identifies all tabs in the current window
It filters out tabs that are already in groups
Remaining tabs are sorted alphabetically by domain name
Tabs are moved to their new positions while preserving grouped tabs
Permissions
The extension requires the following permissions:
tabs: To access and reorder tabs
tabGroups: To identify which tabs are grouped
activeTab: To work with the current window
Example
Before sorting:
1. facebook.com/page1 (ungrouped)

3. youtube.com/watch (in Group A)
4. amazon.com/product (ungrouped)
5. facebook.com/page2 (ungrouped)

3. youtube.com/watch (in Group A - unchanged)
4. facebook.com/page1 (moved)
5. facebook.com/page2 (moved)
6. github.com/repo (moved)
