The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Refhaven Connector

Save scholarly references and accessible PDFs from the current article page to your local Refhaven library. Open the connector to review citation metadata, save the reference, and optionally attach a PDF you can access. Refhaven must be running on this computer. The connector reads the active page when opened; it does not collect browsing history or require a cloud account.
