Recon Desk

Recon Desk reconciles one source file against several statements — payment channels, banks or partners — record by record, and lists every exception. It runs entirely in your browser: your files are never uploaded. WHAT IT DOES • Match table A (for example the orders or payments exported from your own system) against one or more statements, each in its own format. • Pool all statements together to see what matched, what differs, what exists on only one side, and what was paid twice. • Results in eight groups: Matched, Differences, Wrong channel, Cross-source duplicate, Only in A, Only in statement, Duplicate key, Key not read. • Export every exception to one CSV, with the statement, file name and row number of each record. BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD FILES • Excel (.xlsx) and CSV, UTF-8 or GBK, several files per statement. • Compare two sheets of the same workbook. • Hundreds of thousands of rows in seconds: files are streamed, and only the columns you use are kept in memory. • Keys buried in longer text? Extract them with a regular expression, a separator, a character position or a prefix/suffix rule, with a live preview on sample rows. • Composite keys built from several columns. FLEXIBLE COMPARISONS • Text, with optional trimming, full-width/half-width and case normalization. • Numbers and amounts, with a multiplier per statement (cents to dollars) and a tolerance. • Dates and times compared to the day, minute or second. Reads formats such as 2026-10-01, 30/09/2026 23:59 and Sep 01, 2026 12:04 AM. • Value mapping for statuses, such as 1 = SUCCESS, set separately for each statement. • Channel check: when table A records the payment method, find records booked to one channel but settled in another.
