Rebobinate

Rebobinate puts video speed on your keyboard. Press + to speed up, - to slow down, and 0 to go back to normal, on any site with a video, without hunting for a settings menu. Features: - Speed any HTML5 video up or down from the keyboard - The step is 0.1 by default, and you can set it anywhere from 0.01 to 1 - Rebind Faster, Slower and Reset to whatever keys you press - Remembers the speed you chose on a site and applies it on your next visit - Shows the tab's speed on the toolbar icon, so you can read it with the popup closed - An optional speed badge on the video, with your choice of corner, size, colors, opacity, and how long it stays on screen - Holds your speed when a site tries to reset it - Works on players inside embeds and iframes - Export your settings and remembered sites as text, and paste them back on another computer - Popup controls for when you would rather click than type Your settings are stored locally in your browser.
