Read later is broken. Listen first. Ask later. Gemini Notebook was the read-it-later tool all along. Stop piling up unread pages. Send them to Gemini Notebook and listen through them in one go. Read Later Is Broken is a Chrome extension that adds the page you are viewing to Gemini Notebook as source material. It automatically creates Daily, Weekly, and Monthly digest notebooks, then adds pages to them as you browse. This project is not affiliated with Google or Gemini Notebook. Main features: - Add the current page to Daily / Weekly / Monthly digest notebooks in one action - Create a new notebook and add the current page to it - Continue adding pages in the background after closing the popup Deep Dives are not generated automatically. This extension is a helper tool for adding pages to Gemini Notebook as sources. What's new: Version 1.1.4 improves the popup layout and the reliability of page imports. - Added independent collapse/expand controls for Digest, New notebook, and Theme. Each section's open or closed state is remembered when you reopen the popup. - Widened the popup to 400px and reduced unused vertical space. - Fixed result reporting for multiple destinations. Success, partial success, and failure now reflect each notebook's result, including failed notebook names and error details. - Improved timeout handling so stalled network responses do not block later queued page additions indefinitely. - Fixed an issue where simultaneous saves could overwrite notebook selections, digest settings, or notebook information. - Improved recovery for interrupted new-notebook saves. Reopening the popup checks the saved job, and "Check status" lets you check again when needed. Interrupted operations are never retried automatically.
