About Quiz Solver AI - Homework & Exam Assistant
Quiz Solver AI reads the quiz on your screen and shows suggested answers in a small floating board on the page. It is built for students and online learners who want a quick second opinion while studying or reviewing practice tests.
HOW IT WORKS
Press Alt+A (or click "Solve Quiz" in the popup). The extension takes a screenshot of the visible quiz, sends it to Google's Gemini model, and lists the suggested answer for each question (question number, option letter, and the option text) in a draggable board. Close the board when you are done.
WHAT IT CAN DO
• Screenshot-based: works with any page layout, including quizzes rendered as images, PDFs, or inside embedded frames. No copy-pasting.
• Long quizzes: if the quiz does not fit on one screen, the extension scrolls the page, captures up to 8 screens, and solves them in a single pass.
• Sharper reading: wide empty margins are cropped automatically so the quiz column is sent at full resolution.
• Multi-select questions ("Select all that apply") are shown with all suggested options.
• Read-only: the extension never clicks, types, submits, or changes anything on the page. You decide what to select.
TWO WAYS TO USE IT
• Pro ($9/month or $49/year): no setup, solving runs through our cloud service.
• Free: enter your own Gemini API key from Google AI Studio in the popup.
PRIVACY
The screenshot is sent only to the AI service (Google's Gemini API, or our proxy for Pro users) to produce the answers. We do not collect, store, sell, or track your data. Settings and keys stay in your browser's local storage.
GETTING STARTED
1. Install the extension.
2. Open the popup and either activate a Pro license or paste your Gemini API key.
3. Open a quiz, press Alt+A, and read the suggestions in the board.
NOTE
Answers are AI suggestions and can be wrong, especially on advanced math or very long questions.
