Qubi Assistant

Qubi Assistant brings your AI meeting copilot into Google Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. • Auto-join your calls: Qubi opens in a side panel the moment you join a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom meeting and joins your bot automatically, so you can stay focused on the conversation. • Live transcription & call intelligence: See real-time transcription and intelligence cards right inside the side panel during your call. • One-click meeting setup from Google Calendar: Open any calendar event to see your Qubi bot's status at a glance, invite (or remove) the bot with a single click, and jump straight to past recordings. • Never miss a call to record: Get a "Qubi is ready" notification when a call starts. • Secure by design: Calendar tokens stay in Chrome's encrypted local storage, and your call session is authenticated separately inside the side panel. How it works: 1. Log in to Qubi. 2. In Google Calendar, open an event and invite the Qubi bot. 3. Join your Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom call — Qubi opens automatically in the side panel and joins the bot. Qubi is a sales-intelligence assistant that joins your customer calls to transcribe, take notes, and surface the insights that help you close.
