The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About QuantumOps for Halo
QuantumOps for Halo adds your QuantumOps instance to HaloPSA as a side panel that follows the ticket, client, user or agent you are looking at.
What technicians get:
-Ticket tab — AI summary, health and sentiment, resolution paths, Sherlock research (root causes,
similar closed tickets) and live caller-verification status.
-Triage tab — the AI's dispatch recommendation (team, type, impact, urgency, routing), duplicate and recurring-issue detection, ranked technicians with fit scores, appointment slots. Dispatch, merge, mark as spam and schedule from the panel — every write asks for confirmation first.
-Assist tab — step-by-step guided resolution with an editable AI-drafted note or customer reply that
posts to the ticket through your PSA.
-Client / User / Agent tabs — profiles, metrics, open tickets, VIP and risk flags.
-Call tab — look a caller up by phone, name or e-mail, run the call script, create or link the ticket and
record the outcome, with live caller verification.
-Recordings (on the Ticket tab) — matched call recordings with transcript, AI-proposed matches to attach, and your own pending recordings.
-Clock tab (tenants licensed for Timeclock & Payroll) — clock in and out, PTO balance and requests,
holiday bids.
-Chat and Approvals — ask QuantumOps about the current ticket; approve or deny pending agent actions.
-Dispatch board (full tab, dispatcher roles only) — stage lanes and agent workload with drag-and-drop assignment and live updates.
How it works:
You sign in to your organization's identity provider (OAuth 2.0 with PKCE). The extension never sees
your password and stores the session in memory-only browser storage.
The extension reads only the ticket/client/user/agent id from the HaloPSA page URL. It does not read, modify or inject anything into HaloPSA pages.
All data goes to your own QuantumOps instance (the URL you configure). Nothing is sent to the
extension publisher or any third party.
Requires a QuantumOps subscription with a HaloPSA integration.
