The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About QR Blink
Every link. One quick QR. Create QR codes for the current page, any URL, or text, and read QR codes from images. Use the popup for quick tasks and the full-page workbench for creation, reading, custom styles, and local history.
Create and share
• Open the extension to fill in the current page URL and create its QR code. Enter another URL or text for a live preview.
• Copy the QR image or download a 512 × 512 pixel PNG.
• Right-click a page to create a QR code for its link.
• Open the workbench from the popup to continue editing your content.
Make it your own
• Choose QR and background colors, or try one of 6 color presets.
• Search TheSVG's online icon catalog, or upload your own PNG, JPEG, or WebP as a center icon and adjust its size.
• Reuse colors and your selected catalog icon in the popup and workbench. Selected catalog icons are saved on your device for offline reuse. Uploaded images stay in the current workbench tab and are cleared on refresh.
• Before copying or downloading, the final QR image is decoded again on your device. If it cannot be read, adjust the colors or icon before exporting.
Read QR codes from images
• Choose, drag in, or paste an image, or right-click a web image to read it.
• View multiple codes from one image separately. Copy the text, open a link yourself, or create a new QR code from a result.
• Links open only when you click “Open link.”
Local history, under your control
• History is on by default and saves content and timestamps after successful copies, downloads, and reads. Pause it anytime in the workbench.
• Search full text, filter by creation or reading, and copy or reuse saved content.
• Pause, resume, delete individual entries, or clear everything. Private browsing does not show or record regular history.
QR creation and decoding run on your device. No account required. Reading a web image requests access to its source site only after you choose to read it; you can decline and upload or paste it instead. Connecting TheSVG requires separate permission and internet access to fetch icons.
Available in English and Simplified Chinese, following your browser's interface language.
