QBO Cleaner helps professional bookkeepers and small business owners work more comfortably in QuickBooks Online. Hide supported in-app ads, customize navigation, and prepare clearer remittances and payment receipts. HIDE SUPPORTED IN-APP ADS Automatically hide detected promotional banners, financing cards, and upsell popovers, or choose which promotions to dismiss with a manual Hide ad button. Re-scan Banners checks the current page again. Block supported automatic openings of the Intuit Intelligence panel while retaining its manual trigger. New QuickBooks layouts may need an update; removal of every ad is not guaranteed. CLEARER PAYMENT DOCUMENTS • Print Remit on supported saved bills shows the verified payments applied to one bill, including multiple payments. • Vendor Remittance brings saved bill payments together for an inclusive payment-date range, with bill and vendor-credit breakdowns. • Print Receipt explains the bills, credits, and net amount for one saved bill payment. Review generated documents before printing or sharing. Vendor-period reports cover saved bill payments, not standalone expenses or checks. Incomplete or unverifiable payment data stops report generation. EVERYDAY SHORTCUTS Choose up to six Quick Create actions beside QBO Search. Find by Amount opens native Advanced transactions search for an exact transaction total. Quick Create depends on Workflow Polish and is hidden on supported transaction forms and dialogs to keep native controls accessible. BILL AND EXPENSE TOOLS Update categories or delete selected supported category lines through QBO's native controls. Review your selection and changes in QuickBooks before saving. YOUR NAVIGATION AND REPORTS Add QBO sidebar bookmarks, hide selected menu entries, and expand the categories you use. Optional workflow tools improve tab titles, recurring-template links, payee focus, report detail rows, and sticky report headings. Creator filtering and friendly aliases work where the current table exposes creator information. SAVE YOUR SETUP Export and restore all 13 preference fields, including switches, shortcuts, menu choices, bookmarks, aliases, and ad dismissals. Backups can contain creator emails and bookmark names; share them only with intended recipients. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED The extension reads and changes supported QuickBooks Online pages in your browser. Remittance and receipt tools process displayed vendor, bill, payment, and credit information to create the document you request. The extension has no own analytics tracker or server receiving those records. Preferences use browser sync storage and may synchronize according to your browser-account settings. Printed reports, PDFs, and settings backups are files you choose to save or share. QBO Cleaner runs on qbo.intuit.com and sandbox.qbo.intuit.com.
