Proposal Beautifier

Proposal Beautifier helps freelancers polish proposal text before sending it in Upwork or other browser-based proposal forms. Paste text into the popup or format text directly inside browser text boxes using the floating toolbar. The extension converts common AI or Markdown-style formatting into readable Unicode text, keeps formatting when possible, and gives quick controls for bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, monospace, clean text, and multiple bullet styles. Key features: Format selected text with Unicode styles that survive plain-text fields. Use the popup editor for paste, edit, copy workflows. Use the floating toolbar directly inside website text boxes. Convert common Markdown or AI-formatted pasted text into readable proposal text. Toggle formatting on and off like a document editor. Add or remove dot, dash, check, arrow, star, and numbered bullets. Save popup drafts locally in Chrome. Works locally without accounts, analytics, or remote servers. Proposal Beautifier is an independent formatting tool and is not affiliated with Upwork.
